RMA stands for Return Material Authorization and is a customer service tool for managing product returns.

EMA has introduced a rmaTracker application to help distributors when returning an item for repair.
It enables 24/7 on-line following of distributor’s claim status and repair progress.

The procedure is simple and efficient:
Enter your request for repair in rmaTracker.
  • Fill-in the RMA form and submit the information. The system will send you a RMA number, allowing you to ship your product to us.
  • With the rmaTracker you can follow the status of your claim and repair progress.
